Steer Leather treated with 3M SCOTCHGARD® / JES-Certified Eco-Friendly Water-Resistant Leather

The main body is crafted from carefully selected Japanese steer leather that has been chrome-tanned and treated with a waterproofing agent by 3M during the dyeing process, allowing the treatment to penetrate deep into the leather fibers. This provides long-lasting protection against water penetration not only on the surface, but also from the reverse side, edges, and even areas where the leather may become scratched.

This leather has passed the waterproof and stain-resistant monitoring tests conducted by 3M for its SCOTCHGARD® program. Since the testing is also performed after abrading the surface, the protective performance remains effective even when the leather is scratched or worn.

Made from lightweight, soft Japanese leather, it features a tanning process focused on reducing weight and enhancing suppleness. The semi-aniline finish highlights the leather’s delicate texture, resulting in a fine-grained, smooth surface with a refined feel similar to kip leather.

The top of the bag is equipped with a one-touch opening and closing mechanism using a classic doctor’s bag lock. It can also be securely locked with the included key.

The master-piece original hook buckle allows light items to be conveniently attached and carried.

The shoulder harness is equipped with the original “m-strap” system (utility model registered), designed to reduce the load placed on the wearer’s body.

Inside, the storage compartment includes dedicated space for a laptop or tablet, along with thoughtfully arranged pockets for everyday essentials. The divider within the main compartment can be removed or adjusted to accommodate items of different sizes.
